Office automation brand: an event game that turns visitors into leads

The challenge

Trade-show booths are noisy. Brochures get ignored, and badge scans rarely turn into real conversations. The company wanted a reason for visitors to stop, engage and share their details willingly.

The objective

Create a quick, fun experience at the booth that draws people in, starts a conversation about the products and captures contact details for follow-up.

Our strategy

We designed “Crack the Code”, a short puzzle game themed around the brand. Visitors play on a tablet at the booth, and entering their details is part of taking part, so lead capture feels natural rather than pushy.

What we did

We kept the build deliberately simple so the client’s team could run it reliably on event day: a lightweight web app hosted on cPanel, with no complex setup. The interface was tuned for touch screens and quick turnarounds between players.

The results

The booth had an interactive centrepiece, and every player became a lead with context for the sales team’s follow-up. Event-specific numbers will be added here once the client approves them.
