Which HR processes does TekAsist HR Suite cover?
Core HR, organisation, attendance, leave, payroll, tax declarations, recruitment, onboarding, induction, documents and letters, approvals, performance, training, expenses and loans, assets, helpdesk, exit and full and final settlement, and reports. Turn on only the modules you need.
Does it handle Indian payroll?
Yes. PF, ESI, Professional Tax and TDS under both the old and new tax regimes are applied automatically. Payroll is approved before it is locked, payslips are published to every employee, and bank and statutory reports are ready to export.
We have no HR person yet. Will it still work?
Yes. The owner can run everything (hiring, leave, payroll, exits) and requests reach the owner automatically. When you hire an HR manager, payroll admin or recruiter, give them their role and keep full access yourself.
Do we need to install anything?
No. It runs in any browser on laptop, tablet and phone, at your own address such as yourcompany.tekasist.com, with your logo on every screen employees see.
What training is included for new joiners?
